Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire not working
Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire gamepad issue can be fixed very easy, if the game have the capability to read gamepad moves. So, first, download this gamepad emulator pack. Then, configure your gamepad model and play the game with your device.
NOTE! Sometimes, you can get more errors than other. To fix these, we strongly recommend to install all these game prerequisites!
Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire: How to install gamepad tools to fix your gamepad issues
1. Download file from above link. Extract downloaded file to a well know folder (downloads for example)
2. Choose from extracted folder the version of Windows or Game
3. Example: Choose 64 bits games or 32 bits games
4. Copy exe file from inside to game folder and run it.

5. Now run the x360ce_64.exe and if you get this message:
DLL File - Xinput1_3.dll was not found, then select CREATE, then save and it is done.
6. Now the game should work fine with your gamepad.
Gamepad Troubleshooting - Not Working issue!!
Gamepad is not detected at all issue ??
You need to use Search on internet option, wait few seconds then Finish.
Very important NOTE! Be sure, that the emulator is copied in game folder where the game exe is!! Look at our screenshot example! See screenshot here.

Game is not detecting my gamepad issue ??
Run x360 again and select Game Settings, then select all these:
COM - PIDVID - STOP - LL - SA - WT - 64 bit v9.1, v1.1, v1.2, v1.3, v1.4
Then Apply Settings (5)

I say that Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire works great on: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, Radeon RX Vega 64, GeForce GTX 980, Radeon R9 Fury
But the game also can be played decent with: GeForce GTX 1050 or Radeon RX 460
