Then you should start with this:
1st. Clean your Registry and Windows with this:
Reg and Windows Fix and REPAIR errors
2st. Run the installer with administrator rights!
3st. If you have the game as .iso archive, first download 7zip from here and the extract the iso, then install game as an administrator
Example and guide
1. Select iso, press once right click and then select 7zip and extract Here or Extract Files to select anothe folder!
