DLL File - Xinput1_3.dll was not found, then select CREATE, then save and it is done.

I say that Fast & Furious Crossroads works great on: GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, Radeon RX Vega 64, GeForce GTX 980, Radeon R9 Fury
But the game also can be played decent with: GeForce GTX 1050 or Radeon RX 460
